• A verified marketplace for freelance corporate trainers.
• Career blog content and interview preparation resources.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not create more than one account per role (candidate, recruiter, or trainer).

4. Acceptable Use

When using HRLinked Careers, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's services.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through the platform.

5. Job Listings & External Sources

Some job listings on HRLinked may be curated from external job boards and career portals. For these listings:

• HRLinked acts as an aggregator and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of external listings.
• Clicking "Apply" on an external listing may redirect you to the original job portal.
• HRLinked is not responsible for the hiring decisions of third-party employers.

6. Payments & Refunds

Certain premium services on HRLinked are paid. By purchasing a service:

• You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hr@hrlinked.in for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI algorithms, and features on HRLinked Careers are the intellectual property of HRLinked and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRLinked Careers is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• You will secure employment or find suitable candidates through the platform.
• The platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• AI-generated recommendations will be 100% accurate.

In no event shall HRLinked be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
